Do you work with clients outside the Middle East?
Yes. All engagements can be delivered remotely, with calls on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet at times that suit your time zone.
How is pricing agreed?
Projects are quoted at a fixed price after a short call, so you know the full cost before work starts. Monthly engagements are billed monthly.
Will my data stay confidential?
Yes. I am happy to sign your NDA, your data is used only for the engagement, and files are deleted on request once the work is complete.
Which tools do you use?
Advanced Excel (including macro-free builds that are easy to audit) and Power BI, working from exports of your accounting or ERP system.
Can you improve a model we already have?
Yes. I regularly review, fix and extend existing workbooks — adding scenarios, checks, dashboards and documentation.
How do payments work?
Invoices are issued in USD (other currencies on request) and can be paid by bank transfer, or through Upwork if you prefer its protection.
